Making Jesus known to everyone, everywhere

What is ChurchSuite?Church Suite

ChurchSuite is a Church Management System that All Nations Christian Centre uses to securely manage our database of church members for information and communication purposes.

‘My ChurchSuite’ gives you a central place to view communications from church, the dates & times when you are next serving in a team, listen to sermons, the ability to easily manage the data you share with the church and view contact details of your church family.

Only church members who have been invited can log into My ChurchSuite. You have control over what other church members can see; you have the option to share (or not) your address, email, telephone & mobile numbers and a photo of yourself. Given that a key aim of My ChurchSuite is to help the church family connect with each other, we encourage that you make your settings as open as you are comfortable with.

How do I get My ChurchSuite?

If you are aged 18 or over and are a church member with an email address registered with us, you will receive an email inviting you to My ChurchSuite. Follow the link within the email and set a password. Please do not forward the email to anyone as the link in it is personal to you. If you share an email address with your partner, you will receive two email invitations; please respond to your own email to set up your individual account and use a unique password.

If you haven’t received your My ChurchSuite invitation email, please email the church: churchsuite@allnationselim.org.

How do I access My ChurchSuite?

You can either click on this link or select ‘Go to My ChurchSuite’ under the Members menu item on any page of our website. Login with your email address and password that you set previously.

If you have an iOS or Android smart phone, you can also install the free ChurchSuite app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. To log in, enter ‘allnationselim’ as the church, your email address and password that you set previously. Note that the Android version of ChurchSuite requests access to your photos so that you can later set a photo for your profile; you can dismiss this request if you’d prefer.

Ongoing Consent

If you have not recently completed an Ongoing Data Consent form, you will also receive an email asking for your ongoing consent to grant All Nations Christian Centre to store and process your details. It is important that you follow the link in the email to review and grant consent to the details that we have for you within 30 days; otherwise your details with us will be deleted and we will not be able to communicate with you.

What if I don’t sign up to My ChurchSuite?

Assuming you have completed an Ongoing Data Consent form, you will continue to receive email communications from All Nations Christian Centre.

How is my privacy protected?

We care about people’s privacy and data security and take our responsibilities under the General Data Protection Regulation seriously (you can read our Data Privacy Policy here).

All of ChurchSuite uses SSL encryption, meaning that all the data passing between your computer and the server does so using military grade encryption, making it nearly impossible for anyone else to see what you’re sending. SSL is an industry standard technology and one you’re probably familiar with if you use online banking; it’s the same technology used by all the major UK and international banks.

In addition to this, all of ChurchSuite servers are UK based and hosted by one of the UK’s leading data centres. They are certified with ISO 27001, which ensures a level of security that reduces the risk of breaches in the confidentiality, integrity or availability of data to a minimum.

You can at any time initiate your right to be forgotten by selecting the ‘Forget Me’ option in My ChurchSuite. By doing so, you will not receive any further communications from All Nations.
