Billy Fenning has been the Senior Pastor at the Elim church in Reading since 1985, moving to Reading with his wife Amelia from Northern Ireland. They have three grown-up sons – Mark, Andrew and Neil.

Billy has a vision to see the kingdom of God extended locally and globally. He has been instrumental in setting up schools of education and helping churches in different nations of the world. His heart is to see people come to know Christ and to enjoy life now.

Billy is a keen golfer with a handicap of 5.

His favourite food is Chinese.
